"Worst shop to buy mandir. They talk sweet but do not meet their commitment. They delivered after long delay and then too wrong colored steps were sent. And then horrendous lying started. We will complete and send today... definitely today.... And then they stopped picking call. After lot of haggling they finally sent it. Purpose of getting it before certain date was lost..."

"Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly advise not buying anything from this shop. There seems to be no responsible owner—only unprofessional and unethical staff managing everything. I ordered a mandir, and it was delivered with scratched and mismatched stairs. Despite multiple follow-ups, no one came to collect the damaged parts even though they repeatedly promised “kal ho jayega” or “aaj karwa deta hoon.” We finally went to the shop ourselves to return the damaged piece for rework, and again, they kept giving false delivery dates. Eventually, they even stopped answering calls. Because of their negligence, the puja for which the mandir was purchased had to be done without it, which was extremely upsetting. The worst part is that no one at the shop seems to care or take responsibility for their mistakes. Highly unprofessional service. Avoid this shop."
